Unlike paperbacks and hard cover books, Kindle
eBooks do not require the insertion of page numbers.
Nevertheless a
content page may be created with suitable links to each chapter.
However, you may use the original paperback with the front cover
part of the cover image to create your Kindle. No need to change
fonts or formatting. All you have to do is convert the book
contents from your word processor into a PDF file. The front
cover image can be cropped from your original full cover image
into a JPEG (.jpg) file from the paperback. Then you are ready
to create your Kindle. For that purpose I use a free software
called Calibre. That software will combine your front cover
image with the book's content into an EPUB eBook ready for
uploading to KDP. It is important that all fonts are embedded in
your document in order for your contents to match what you
observe on your computer screen.
